I ordered a Babyliss Pro carrying case for my Babyliss clipper, trimmer, shaver, and charging bases. At first they sent the wrong one cuz it didn't have the shelf / divider in it for the charging base. I called and told them about it. They explained to me that the version I wanted had been discontinued a while back, and Babyliss no longer makes that Version of the carrying case. They told me they had an old one with the shelf / divider they use as a display. In order to make things right, they offered me their model / display case. They sent it out right away. I really appreciate VIP Barber Supply in Tampa, Florida for their excellent customer service, and their willingness to satisfy my order. So now, I'm one happy barber in California.
